SafeMoldova is a news and incident reporting mobile application that provides real-time safety alerts and community-reported incidents in Moldova. Users can:

• View news and incident reports
• Create and share incident reports
• Receive push notifications about incidents in their area
• Set up alert zones for locations they care about
• Interact with content through comments and likes

3. User Registration

To use SafeMoldova, you must create an account with a valid email address and username. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Submit false or misleading incident reports
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post spam, hate speech, or discriminatory content
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (posts, photos, videos, comments). By submitting content, you grant SafeMoldova a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

All content is subject to moderation. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.

6. Premium Services

SafeMoldova offers free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include additional alert zones. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers

Information provided through SafeMoldova is for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information. The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

SafeMoldova shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided through it.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
